Thumbs-up emoji voted ‘most un-cool symbol’ by 16-29-year-olds
Using it apparently means you're officially old
People who still use the thumbs-up emoji are officially old, according to new research.
It was voted the most un-cool symbol by nearly a quarter of 16-29-year-olds.
Sending a red heart, an OK symbol and a crying face also came in the top five old-fashioned emojis.
The data by research agency Perspectus Global found that we send around 76 emojis a week.
