Two local men are to feature in a documenatry on RTE tonight highlighting their committment to their local GAA club
For more than forty years, Jim Rohan and Gary Comerford have supported their local hurling team, Carrickshock, as water boys.
Both men have cerebral palsy, however they do not let that stop them participating with the same hurling team that their fathers were on.
In 2019, Jim and Gary—the well-known Kilkenny GAA characters—made their stage debut to widespread praise in the same production at the Watergate Theatre.
It will be shown on RTÉ2 at 11.40pm and will be available on the RTÉ Player
