Voting for next leader of Fine Gael to start today

Voting starts later in the Fine Gael leadership election.

21,000 party members will cast their votes over the coming days – The 1,200 local members in Carlow and Kilkenny can vote in the Lord Bagenal in Leighlinbridge tomorrow (Tuesday) evening from 6pm to 10pm.

Elected members will vote separately.

Carlow-Kilkenny Dail Deputies Pat Deering and John Paul Phelan and the rest of the parliamentary party will vote on Friday before counting starts.
