An Irish motorcyclist died over the weekend during the qualifying session for the Manx Grand Prix.
43 year old Louis O’Regan who was originally from Waterford lost his life while taking part in the event on the Isle Of Man yesterday.
He was an experienced competitor having made his first appearance in the race in 2013.
Race organisers have expressed condolences to his family and announced the race will resume later.
