Wise to postpone Kilkenny Club Championship fixtures while Seniors and Minors enter business end of All Irelands

Kilkennys Minor hurlers are getting themselves right for their re-match with Galway in the All Ireland Semi Final this Sunday.

As a result this weekends Kilkennys Senior, Intermediate and Junior Club games were postponed.

Ballyhale Shamrocks selector Colm Bonnar says it’s too risky to be playing the final round of club games in the Senior and Intermediate League this weekend and that it’s a wise move to cancel them with Kilkenny Seniors and Minors featuring at the business end of the Championship…..
