The man who died suddenly on the site of the Central Access Scheme works in Kilkenny has been named as William Conry.
The 42-year-old died after collapsing on the site on Monday.
The Health and Safety Authority were notified but as of yesterday evening they’ve told KCLR News that they are still awaiting a report on his cause of death before making a decision on whether an investigation needs to take place.
The funeral of Mr Conry, who was from Jenkinstown, will take place in Conahy tomorrow (Thursday) morning at 11am.
