It’s the last full day of campaigning in the Carlow/ Kilkenny by-election and the referendums on marriage and the age of presidential candidates
A broadcast moratorium takes effect on Thursday afternoon leaving the Dail hopefuls and those on both sides of the referendum arguements until lunchtime tomorrow to try to persuade voters over the airwaves at least.
Polling stations will open on Friday morning from 7am to 10pm that night.
The votes cast in Carlow and Kilkenny will be counted from 9 on Saturday morning at the dedicated count centre in Cillin Hill.
