30-year-old man reported missing from his Carlow home

A 30-year-old man has been reported missing from his home in Carlow.

Rafal Filipowicz was last seen around Portlaoise General Hospital on Wednesday of this week at about 8am.

He lives at Green Road in Carlow and he’s described as being 5 foot 11 in height, with brown hair, he has a tatoo on his right forearm and when last seen he was wearing a red polo shirt, grey tracksuit bottoms and dark coloured runners.

Anyone who has seen Rafal is asked to get in touch with any Garda station.

This is the second person to have been reported missing from Carlow this week.

Yesterday an appeal was issued for 17-year-old Natasha McNeill who was last seen on Thursday.

However, she has now been located safe and well today.
