A local councillor says the former Braun site in Carlow will take time to develop and bring new business into the town.
It follows comments made by cllr Andy Gladney at a recent County Council meeting that the sale was ‘all hot air.’

Clyde Real Estate headed by entrepreneur and former presidential candidate Sean Gallagher bought the site in June last year.
