Driver arrested in Carlow tests positive for cocaine

A driver was arrested in Carlow yesterday after testing positive for cocaine.

The local Garda roads policing unit assisted by Superintendent Aidan Brennan conducted a checkpoint on the Dublin Road in the town yesterday afternoon.

One driver stopped for mandatory testing was found to be positive for cocaine.
