A proposed wind farm on the Laois / Kilkenny border has been refused planning permission.
Seskin Renewable Energy Limited had submitted plans to the two county councils for the construction of eight turbines with a tip height of 175 metres, but both have rejected the application.
The No To Seskin Windfarm group held numerous meetings to inform of the scale of the development and spokesperson Walter Foyle told KCLR News how they’re feeling following the decisions;
