Muckalee are preparing for an AIB All-Ireland Ladies Club Junior Football Quarter Final with St Kieran’s.
The Kilkenny outfit won its first Leinster title last weekend and will play the London champions on November 22nd at 12 o’clock at the National Games Development Centre.
Muckalee player Edwina Keane told KCLR, the management and backroom team deserve massive credit for what they have done so far.
“Being back with my own club and my own group of players is so special. That is all because of Pat, ringing me, giving me that call. He is brilliant and so understanding because I am always late for training.”
“He is a superman, he is really understanding, and brilliant to everyone on the team. Whatever we need, he will get it for us. The whole back team as well, they are super. To see so many parents involved, it’s brilliant they have such an interest and desire to get us further.”
