The draws for all of Kilkenny’s hurling competitions were made last night at UPMC Nowlan Park, with all grades confirmed on the one night for the first time.
Clubs now able to map out their routes for the coming season.
St Canice’s Credit Union Senior Hurling League
In Group A, the teams drawn together are Glenmore, Mullinavat , Thomastown, Clara , Graigue-Ballycallan and Bennettsbridge.
Group B features Intermediate champions Danesfort, alongside Tullaroan, Dicksboro, O’Loughlin Gaels, reigning champions Ballyhale Shamrocks, and Erin’s Own .
The opening round of Senior League games will take place on the weekend of August 1st and 2nd, with Dicksboro set to begin their campaign with a local derby against O’Loughlin Gaels.
Michael Ling Motors Hyundai Intermediate Hurling League
In Group A, the draw sees St Lachtain’s, Rower-Inistioge , Carrickshock , Mooncoin, Dunnamaggin and Young Irelands .
Group B consists of St Martin’s GAA, Tullogher-Rosbercon , James Stephens , Blacks and Whites , Lisdowney and Barrow Rangers .
The Intermediate League gets underway on the weekend of July 25th and 26th.
JJ Kavanagh Premier Junior Hurling League
The draws were also confirmed for the Premier Junior Hurling League.
In Group A are Graignamanagh, John Lockes, Slieverue, Fenians and Piltown.
Group B includes Emeralds, Galmoy, St Patrick’s, Conahy Shamrocks and Cloneen.
