Fundraiser launched for south Kilkenny man in need of medical treatment abroad

A fundraiser’s been launched for a local man in need of medical treatment. 

€110,000 is needed for Glenmore native Tommy Griffin (find details of the GoFundMe here) who has been battling with melanoma since he was diagnosed in 2014.

His condition however has deteriorated and he was given some devastating news in the past week.

Now the father of four is bidding to travel to Germany to avail of specialised care there as it’s not available in Ireland.
