Driver arrested in Tullow for a number of motoring offences

One person was arrested in Tullow after Carlow Roads Policing Unit officers stopped a vehicle during a routine patrol this afternoon.

The driver was found to have no insurance and was disqualified from driving.

A roadside drug swab also returned positive for cannabis, methamphetamine, opioids and cocaine.
