Gardaí are appealing for information following a burglary at a petrol station in Kilkenny.
The incident happened at around 3am on April 5th at the Inver station on the Castlecomer Road.
Three masked intruders entered the store while a driver waited outside in a black Audi A4 Partial Reg 08-DL .
Garda Rob Rasmussen told KCLR News: “All intruders were wearing gloves and were well covered up.”
“The intruders spent approximately three minutes inside the store before leaving the scene and they travelled towards Castlecomer.”
“The total property stolen was approximately €4,800 and the criminal damage caused was €1,000. There was a black Audi A4 saloon that was seen, so we’re looking for assistance from members of the public that saw this particular vehicle or anyone acting suspicious in the area in or around the time or in or around the location on this date to contact Kilkenny Garda Station on 056 777 5000.”
