New development in Ferrybank gets green light

A new residential development has been given the green light in Ferrybank.

The project at Abbeygate will include 98 homes made up of 44 houses, 54 apartments and a crèche for around 40 children.

It will also include a new pedestrian and vehicle access, connections to existing infrastructure from earlier phases, landscaping, parking, lighting, and full site services.
