New eight-home development approved for South Kilkenny

Planning permission has been granted for a new residential development in South Kilkenny.

The project of eight detached homes will include a mix of four and five-bed houses.

The development will also include a new site entrance, public open space, recreational areas, and upgrades to local water infrastructure, including a new well and pump house.

Approval from Kilkenny County Council comes with 30 conditions.
