Host of prizes for Kilkenny at Irish Restaurant Awards

A host of prizes are coming back to our locality from last night’s Irish Restaurant Awards.

Their All Ireland finals saw local resident Carmel Boyle (previously of the Lady Anne in Castlecomer) take the Best Restaurant Manager title in the country for her role at Ballyfin Demesne.

While tops in Leinster in their respective categories were The Lady Helen at Mount Juliet for Best Hotel & Guesthouse Restaurant, Arán (Best Use of Social Media), Left Bank (Best Gastro Pub) and The Dylan (Pub of the Year).
