A number of Carlow services will remain closed this morning for the funeral of Dermot Mulligan.
The late curator of the county museum died suddenly last Sunday.

He’ll be laid to rest later today following a Mass marking his life. (Funeral details here).
To allow colleagues to attend and as a mark of respect Carlow County County Council, Carlow Tourist Office and Carlow Tourism will be closed until 2pm this afternoon with library branches reopening by 2:30pm while the county museum remains closed.
