Chelsea are now five points clear at the top of the Premier League following a 2-0 defeat of Arsenal at Stamford Bridge.

A first half Eden Hazard penalty and Diego Costa’s 9th goal of the season secured the 3 points for Jose Mourinho’s side.

Christian Eriksen got the only goal of the game as Tottenham beat Southampton at White Hart Lane.

They kicked off at 4.20 at Upton Park, where it’s West Ham 2 QPR 0 – a Nedum Onuoha own goal opening the scoring, Diafra Sakho forced home a second.

Earlier, Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao goals, and goalkeeping heroics from David de Gea helped Manchester United to a 2-1 win over Everton at Old Trafford.
