KCLR96FM, the local radio station for Carlow and Kilkenny is looking for a full time Sports Editor/News Journalist.The role involves the person leading the development of Sport with the company while also being a competent news journalist capable of compiling and reading news bulletins
As the Sports Editor, the duties include presenting and producing a number of sports programmes and features, organising coverage of LIVE games and recording interviews.
We are looking for a flexible person with previous experience, strong broadcast presentation and who understands local radio.
The job will demand passion, enthusiasm and hard work and will be ideal for a journalist with an appetite for challenge and career development in one of Ireland’s most successful local radio stations.
