Unemployment continues to fall locally

Unemployment is continuing to fall in Carlow and Kilkenny according to the latest live register figures.

Since April 2014, unemployment has fallen by 10 percent in Carlow and 13 percent in Kilkenny.

Over 95 thousand jobs have been created nationally since 2012 and the latest figures from the C-S-O show that employment is at a record five year low.
