Argos say they will be staying in Kilkenny.
The company released a short statement after it emerged that TWM Property Solutions are inviting offers in excess of 3 point zero two million euro for their High Street Building in the City.

They are the only tenants there paying an annual rent of 300 thousand euro and have a 20 year lease which is due to expire in 2017.
However, in a statement to KCLR news, Argos say they “remain committed to serving the local community in Kilkenny and [will] continue to serve customers from [their] current location on the High Street.
