Kilkennys Senior side have missed out on a place in the All Ireland Final after two quick Cork goals in the second half did the damage in Walsh Park yesterday.

Its Kilkennys 3rd defeat at the hands of the Leesiders this year despite blitzing other teams in the lead up to yesterdays game.

Kilkenny raced into a 1-6 to 2 points lead with Michelle Quilty hitting the goal in the 3rd minute however it woke Cork from their slumber and Cork lead at half time, 1-7 to 1-6.
