A man arrested in connection with a fatal collision in South Kilkenny has been released from custody.
A local man in his 20s was killed in the incident which happened at about 1 am yesterday morning on the N24 Piltown Bypass near Fiddown.

Yesterday afternoon a 53-year-old man was arrested as part of the investigation.
He was questioned at Thomastown Garda Station but has since been released.
