Kilkenny company Huwmo Limited has won the South-East regional title at this year’s National Enterprise Awards.
Supported by the Local Enterprise Office Kilkenny, the company has developed a software platform that helps independent hotels optimise room pricing, increase occupancy and generate additional revenue.
In acknowledging the success, Cathaoirleach of Kilkenny County Council Cllr. Mary Hilda Cavanagh said, “Congratulations to Shane and Micheál on representing Kilkenny Local Enterprise office at the National Enterprise awards and on winning the south east regional award. Small businesses are at the heart of our communities. Entrepreneurs like Shane and Micheál are great examples of how, identified challenges can be turned into opportunities and successful businesses addressing the needs and offering appropriate solutions.”
