Allsop auction sees 11 Kilkenny properties go under the hammer today

11 properties in Kilkenny go under the hammer today in the final Allsop auction of the year.

The list contains homes as well as industrial units.

The headline property at today’s auction is a five-bed house in Tullaroan called Old Town Hill which is on 22 acres; it has a reserve of between €300,000 and €350,000.

Another highlight is a detached four bedroom house with adjoining three bed annex on Broguemakers Hill with a reserve of over €300,000 as well.

On the commercial side, there’s an industrial unit in the Hebron Industrial Estate reserved at €230,000.
