A 60 million euro investment in a wood processing plant in South Kilkenny has been given the green light.
KCLR reported details of the investment at SmartPly in Belview Port late last year.

Approval of the funding now means the plant will be upgraded and a new innovation centre will be developed on the site.
Smartply, a subsidiary of Coillte, currently employs 160 people.
But its hoped this investment will support over 400 jobs directly and indirectly.
