A body recovered from the river in Carlow last week has been confirmed as Waterford woman Mary Ryan who’d been missing since before Christmas.
The 54-year-old had been last seen at Clonard Park in Waterford City on the 15th of December.
Her daughter Megan has posted on social media today (Wednesday) to say that DNA tests have confirmed the remains are those of her mother.
