A body was recovered from the River Suir near Fiddown Bridge around 10 o clock this morning.
It follows a search which has been ongoing for a missing man for the past week.

KCLR news understands the body is that of a Co. Waterford man.
Carrick-on-suir river rescue, the emergency services, and locals were all involved in the extensive search.
