A Kilkenny city pub was broken into earlier this week.
Gardaí are investigating the incident on the junction of John Street and Maudlin Street in the early hours of Tuesday morning last (3rd December).

Garda Andy Neill has told KCLR News; “It appears that a number of bottles of spirits were taken and that cash was targeted, entry was apparently through a first floor window”.
He asks; “Did you notice any suspicious activity? Have you any information? Please contact Gardaí in Kilkenny on 056 777 5000”.
