A by-election candidate says the Health Minister has learned nothing from the death of Susie Long.
Conor MacLiam who is bidding to win a Dail seat for the Anti Austerity Alliance claims that Leo Varadkar is pushing people to get private health insurance rather than sorting out the public health system.

Conor says health insurance is unaffordable for a large percentage of the public.
