Call going out to Kilkenny businesses to get their colours on display for St Patrick’s Day

A call is going out to businesses in Kilkenny to get your colours on display for St Patricks Day.

Councillor Malcolm Noonan is Chairman of the Parade committee in Kilkenny and wants everyone to get on board with the festivities this coming weekend.

He says there will be lots of visitors to the city for the celebrations on Friday and for the whole weekend.

Bunting has gone up along the streets in preparation and Councillor Noonan hopes the local shops will do their bit too.
