The 2026 National Ploughing Championships officially kick off this morning.
It’s back to Screggan in Tullamore, County Offaly for the three-day event, one of the biggest occasions in the agri sector.
But it attracts a wider audience with innovation, business and entertainment on the cards for many. (More here).
About 80,000 are expected on site each day and organisers have already appealed to attendees to follow the official routes as well as instructions from Gardaí and stewards. (Garda Traffic Management Plan here).
