Carlow Councillor Tommy Kinsella is urging local groups to apply for leader funding that has been made available.
€6500, 000, 000. has been secured for Carlow through the programme – that was announced on Friday.

Councillor Kinsella told KCLR news that some local projects, such as Ballinkillen Hall and Ballon Community Centre have already benefited from similar funding in the past.
He’s now urging local groups to apply for their share of the funding to develop more.
Councillor Kinsella says it’s a great boost, particularly for rural areas of Carlow.
