Carlow County Council’s continuing its quest to provide a new strategic arts plan

Carlow Arts Service contintues to gauge public opinon on a new Strategic Arts Plan for the county.

A series of in-person events is taking place with one rolling out this morning from 11am in Borris Library.

Those wishing to drop by and have a say in the shape of the proposals can do so until lunchtime.
