Carlow, Kilkenny and rest of south east under yellow rain warning

UPDATE (10am, Friday, 19th Sept): The weather warning has been lifted by Met Éireann, earlier than expected.

Carlow, Kilkenny and the rest of the south east is being hard hit by rain this morning.

Met Éireann’s issued a yellow warning for the five counties of the region as follows:
