Carlow protesters stop installation of water meters
A small group of protesters have gathered in Graiguecullen this morning in opposition to the installation of water meters.
In recent weeks, the group have blocked the work of Irish Water officials as they attempt to install the controversial meters.
Following numerous protests over the last week, 12 people have gathered at Heather Hill Avenue in Graiguecullen this morning.
One of those protesting is Maria Griffin and she says they have been successful so far.
