Carlow soccer star Kylie Murphy is in the running for the Irish Times Sportswoman of the Year.
The Graiguecullen native captained Wexford Youths to the FAI cup in recent weeks aswell as a National League Title before heading on to the Champions League last summer.

She picked up the November nomination for the award and will now go up against 13 other contenders including the likes of Katie Taylor for the overall prize.
