IT Carlow’s SU President says they do what they can to make sure RAG Week runs smoothly

The President of IT Carlow’s Student Union says they do everything they can to ensure RAG Week is a success.

There have been a number of reports from listeners over the past few days of anti-social behaviour going on in the town, while Gardaí have arrested a number of people for public order offences.

However, Student Union President, Lorna Fitzpatrick says, overall Raise and Give Week generates a lot of money for charities through organised events.

Last year €12,000 was raised and Lorna says they do what they can to try and make the week run smoothly.
