UPDATE 9am, Wednesday 13th March:
The racecard for Day 2 at Cheltenham’s been rejigged.
It’s as the cross country track there failed an inspection this morning leading to an amendment of race times.
Gowran Park Manager and KCLR broadcaster Eddie Scally has been telling KCLR News “The first race will be going to post at 1:45 instead of the advertised 1:30, this is due to the cross country race being taken out in the middle of the card so today’s card at Cheltenham will only be a six race card, the ground has actually dried up amazingly on the main track so it’s now soft, heavy in places on the chase and hurdle track but unfortunately the cross country track failed its inspection this morning so that race has been taken out of today’s card”.
