The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has issued a recall notice for some Lidl chicken products.
It’s due to the presence of salmonella.

The affected batches are Lidl 100 per cent Irish Chicken Breast Fillets and Diced Chicken Breast Fillets, with use by dates of April 12th and 13th.
The FSAI says while that date has passed, the products are suitable for home freezing and should be thrown away.
