‘The Late Late Toy Show’ returns to our screens tonight, featuring a cast of 250 children and host Patrick Kielty.
The theme for this year is the 1990 film ‘Home Alone’ – based on the story of a young boy who has to defend his house from a pair of robbers, after he’s left at home alone during Christmas.
Children from around Ireland will take part in the production, as toy testers, book reviewers, singers, dancers, and gymnasts.
Among them are the Spotlight Stage School crew from Carlow.
There’s input too from Thomastown Pantomime Productions Charlie
And Sophie and Annabelle from Alize’s School of Singing.
It’ll be Patrick Kielty’s second time hosting the ‘Toy Show’ – he says he plans on enjoying every moment.
