Concerned about your heart health or blood pressure? Get it checked in Kilkenny this week

If you have any concerns about your heart health or blood pressure, the Irish Heart Foundation‘s Mobile Health Unit is in Kilkenny for the week.

It’s in Eurospar Castlecomer today, where nurses will be on hand to offer free blood pressure checks, health information, and lifestyle advice.

They’re in a number of other places during the week as well, including the city and in Callan.

And Health Check Manager, Marese Damery says it’s a very quick process.
