County Carlow community breathes sigh of relief as long established business issues an update

Bagenalstown has breathed a sigh of relief after a local business issued an update. 

The Little Shop (which in May sold a €18,000 EuroMillions ticket) has served the community since 1942.

There was some concern expressed when the latest members of the family behind the counter posted a piece online yesterday, some thinking it was to close or the owners selling up.

But the update overnight appears instead to be hugely positive;
