Carlow County Council is ramping up its fight against illegal dumping across the county with the help of high-tech surveillance.
Recent figures from the Chief Executive’s Report reveal that CCTV cameras have captured dozens of offences at local bring banks.

The Hacketstown site recorded 36 incidents, while 26 separate offences were caught on camera in Tullow.
Enforcement proceedings are currently underway in a number of cases.
