County Kilkenny artist ‘really delighted’ to have art piece selected for Dublin Castle and hopes it sparks a conversation

A county Kilkenny based artist says she’s ‘really delighted’ to have one of her pieces hanging in Dublin Castle.

Bernadette Kiely grew up in Carrick-on-Suir in county Tipperary but is now living and working out of Thomastown.  (More here).

Now it seems she’s the latest from our area to feature prominently for Ireland’s hosting of the EU Presidency as her online posting outlines;
