Delta Centre to breathe new life into former Ulster Bank building in Carlow town

Delta Centre is preparing to expand its offering.

The local provider of training, residential, respite, day and multi-sensory services to adults with learning disabilities is setting up a day service in the former Ulster Bank building in Carlow town, which closed with 62 others across the country in April 2023.
