Entire Kilkenny housing estate sold at auction today

A Co Kilkenny housing estate was sold at auction today for in excess of €900,000.

The Ogenty Housing Estate in Gowran – which consists of 12 houses and one commercial unit – went under the hammer this morning.

According to ‘Sherry Fitzgerald’ four of the residential units are occupied, while the commercial unit is currently vacant.

Seven of the residential units are to builder’s finish, five of the residential units are complete, while the commercial unit is also to builders finish.

The asking price had been €895,000 and it’s understood to have sold for €904,000.
